Service Level Agreement

PattoSystems guarantees a 99.9% uptime for our network and servers. If we fail to meet this, customers are eligible for service credits:

• 99.5% - 99.8% uptime: 10% credit of the monthly fee.
• 95% - 99.4% uptime: 25% credit.
• Below 95% uptime: 50% credit.
